A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office was situated at 115 Craven Park Road, London N15 6BL, England and is currently situate at Laisteridge Student Village, Laisteridge Lane, Bradford, England, BD5 0NH presented on 24 December 2019 by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council where an order for substitution was made by District Judge Bever on 7 December 2020 in favour of E.on UK Plc of Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG, claiming to be a creditor of the Company was heard at High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Manchester, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DL on 31 August 2021 at 10.00 am and was dismissed by the Court.
