A petition to wind up the above-named company of Highway Retail Ltd of 6 Hutton Terrace, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE2 1QT, Co reg no. 11747222 presented on 17 July 2019 by Leeds City Council of PO Box 60, Leeds, LS2 8JR claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Business And Property Courts In Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 10 September 2019 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
