At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, ME5 9FD on 31 October 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
