A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Highton Wiseman Property Limited (08812387) of Suite 112, 30 Red Lion Street, Richmond TW9 1RB, 30 Red Lion Street, Richmond TW9 1RB (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 43220 - plumbing, heat and aire-conditioning; 43390 - other building completion and finishing; 68320 - management of real estate on a fee or contract basis and also other objects as stated in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, presented on Friday 20 September 2019, at 10:30 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 10 December 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 10:30 hours on Monday 09 December 2019
