This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Notice is hereby given that a Virtual Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company is being convened and will be held on 15 September 2022 at 10.30am. David Rubin, in his capacity as Liquidator is the Convener of the meeting (“the Convener”).

The primary purpose of the Virtual Meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the replacement of Liquidator under section 171 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on the business day immediately before the day of the Decision Date.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.

Log-in details for the virtual meeting will be supplied to Creditors on request.
