We, Julian Pitts (IP No. 007851) and Nicholas Reed (IP No. 008639) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 31 May 2019.

Please note that further to requests for a decision procedure by virtual meeting reaching one of the prescribed thresholds pursuant to Rule 15.18 of the Insolvency Rule 2016, a virtual meeting of the Company's creditors will be held on 26 November 2019 at 2.00 pm. Julian Pitts is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener").

The purpose of the meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the appointment of Liquidators in the subsequent Liquidation and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a creditors' committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 25 November 2019.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the virtual meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
