"That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) both of Mazars LLP, First Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham B3 3AX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary windings up."
