A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 28 Grosvenor Street (Lg02), London, W1K 4QR, presented on 23 July 2024, by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED, Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3RU, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Chancery Division, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 11 September 2024 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
