"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Michael John Berry (IP No. 9605) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
