A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of White Hart House, Sidwood Road, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 0PY (principle trading address) presented on 10 January 2019 by APRITE (GB) LIMITED, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street, West Manchester, B69 9DJ on 4 March 2019 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on 1 March 2019.
