At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 2.30 pm on 8 July 2021 at Piazza Offices, Salts Mill, Victoria Road, Saltaire, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD18 3LA, the following resolutions were passed as Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
