"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of CVR Global LLP, 6th Floor Broad Quay House, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4DJ and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
