At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at:- 3 Sadlers Mews, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1TQ on 29 April 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:-

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:-

2. Lisa Alford (IP Number 9723) & Chris Parkman (IP Number 9588) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
