At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA on 8 November 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Umang Patel (IP No. 18790) of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA and Paul Atkinson (IP No. 9314) of FRP Advisory LLP, Juniper House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Great Warley, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time."
