"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart Bennett (IP No. 1205) of S T Bennett & Co, Warwick House, 116 Palmerston Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, IG9 5LQ be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
