"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR and Michael Solomons (IP No. 9043) of Moorfields Advisory Limited, 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
