At a Meeting of the members of the above named Company held by Written Resolutions, on 28 February 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Carl Jackson (IP No. 8860) and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) both of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 1 March 2019 the resolutions were not ratified and a further resolution was passed by the creditors confirming the appointment of Stephen Michael John Berry and Trevor John Binyon as Joint Liquidators.
