A Petition to wind up the above-named company Herbert T. Forrest Limited of The Yard, Dodd Lane, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 3NU, (Registered Office) presented on 8 November 2018 by HTC WOLFFKRAN LIMITED of Grange Mill Lane, Kimberworth, Sheffield, S9 1HW (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 9 January 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
