At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 3-4 Devonshire Street, London W1W 5DT on 15 November 2018 at 11.20 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karyn Jones (IP No. 8562) and Hayley Simmons (IP No. 9022) both of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency Ltd, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
