A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 9 Station Parade, Uxbridge Road, London, W5 3LD, presented on 23rd August 2018 by ALUPROF UK LIMITED of Unit A5 Altrincham Business Park, Stuart Road, Broadheath, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 5GJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham Priory Courts, at 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS, on Friday 2nd November 2018, at 10.00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner and/or his Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on Thursday 1st November 2018.
