Petition to Wind-up the Company whose registered office is situated at 37 Southwold Road, Wrentham, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 7JE presented by Duncan Pittock of Rewsalls Barn, Rewsalls Lane, East Mersea, Essex, CO5 8SX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company on 15 May 2020 and will be heard at the Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 1 July 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 714 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday 30 June 2020.
