At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 94 Hanover Street, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH2 1DR on 02 July 2020 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG, (IP No. 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 2 July 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appoint of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG as Liquidator of the company.
