Notice is hereby given that on 26th September 2017 a Petition was presented to Airdrie Sheriff Court by William Thompson & Son (Dumbarton) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, having their registered office at Birch Road, Dumbarton, G82 2RN craving the court inter alia that Henderson Plant Hire Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (Company Number SC398729) and having their registered office at 25 Main Street, Cumbernauld Village, Cumbernauld, G67 2RR be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated 26th September 2017 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, all of which notice is hereby given.
