Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that Martyn James Pullin and David Antony Willis have been appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company by the Court.

A general meeting of creditors will be held, under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at BWC, Dakota House, 25 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton On Tees, TS18 3TX on 11 May 2017 at 10:00 am for the purpose of determining (together with any meeting of contributories) whether a liquidation committee should be established under that section. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs at BWC, Dakota House, 25 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton On Tees, TS18 3TX by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. In the absence of a committee a resolution will be put to creditors to approve the Liquidator's remuneration.
