At a GENERAL MEETING of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6DD, on 5 April 2016, the following resolutions were duly passed as special and ordinary resolutions:-

i. that the company be wound up voluntarily.

ii. that Michael John Gillard of Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe CW1 6DD, be appointed liquidator of the company.

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Michael John Gillard as Liquidator.
