Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 January 2018, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mike Grieshaber of MLG Associates, Unit 4, Sunfield Business Park, New Mill Road, Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 4QT be appointment Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent meeting of the Creditors held on 23 January 2018 the appointment of Mike Grieshaber was not confirmed and Peter Hall (IP No. 3966) of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Southampton Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, Hampshire, SO16 7NP was appointed.
