At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Focus Insolvency Group, Skull House Lane, Appley Bridge, Wigan, WN6 9EU on 6 June 2019 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Birchall (IP No. 9725) and Anthony Fisher (IP No. 9506) both of Focus Insolvency Group, Skull House Lane, Appley Bridge, Wigan, WN6 9EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting, the appointment of Simon Lowes and Gavin Savage of CVR Global LLP, were confirmed as Joint Liquidators, and that Gary Birchall and Anthony Benjamin Fisher were given their release.
