"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Myles Jacobson (IP No. 11590) of MJ Advisors Limited, Unit 32 The Enterprise Centre, Cranborne Road, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 3DQ and Christopher Purkiss (IP No. 9654) of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP be appointed as Joint Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
