Notice is hereby given that on 10 June 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston craving the Court inter alia that HEAT SOURCE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, with its Registered Office at Unit 2 Inchcross Business Park, Whitburn, Bathgate EH48 2HR be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by interlocutor dated 11 June 2019 ordained the said Heat Source Solutions Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
