Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU on 16 September 2019 at 11.00 am for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been resolved the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) and Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and any acts may be done by all or any one of them."
