At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the office of MHA Henderson Loggie, 11 Thistle Street, Edinburgh EH2 1DF at 1.00 pm on 17 October 2019 the following resolutions were passed;

No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

Resolutions

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily and

2. That Shona Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, be appointed Liquidator of the company.
