"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) and Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
