A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 4th Floor, Baird House, 15-17 St Cross Street, London, EC1N 8UW, presented on 22 December 2017 by THE STUDIO VENUE COMPANY LTD whose Registered office is at 7 Cannon Street, Birmingham, B3 3EP claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Court House, Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on the 13 February 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or his/its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 12 February 2018.
