A virtual meeting of the creditors of Healthcare Access Ltd is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters:

1. To confirm the appointment of Emma Dowd and Fiona Grant, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited as Liquidators of the Company.

2. That the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration be fixed by reference to time costs, as detailed in the fees estimate/information provided to creditors with this Notice.

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.

4. Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors wish to nominate for membership of the committee.
