Notice is hereby given that on Thursday 28 November 2019, at 09:00 a Petition was presented to Foran at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court House, St. Marnock Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1ED by KEVIN FINNIE, AS SOLE DIRECTOR, 44 Bank Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1HA (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up HEADLAND (AYR) LIMITED (Company Number: SC560025) having its registered office at 44 Bank Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1HA, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Thursday 28 November 2019 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said HEADLAND (AYR) LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court House, St. Marnock Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1ED within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
