At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 45 Brunswick Place, London, N1 6EB on 31 October 2017 at 2.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Catherine Lee-Baggaley (IP No. 9534) both of Silke & Co Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
