"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth William Touhey (IP No. 8369) of Insolvency and Recovery Limited, Chatsworth House, 3rd Floor, 39 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LY be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company."
