A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 8 November 2019 by ONE STOP HIRE LTD of Unit 9, Chorley West Business Park, Ackhurst Road, Chorley PR7 1NL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Edwards Veeder (UK) Ltd, Ground Floor, 4 Broadgate, Broadway Business Park, Chadderton, Oldham, Lancashire OL9 9XA will be heard at the Manchester Business and Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Monday 6 January 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
