"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) and David Patrick Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma LLP, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding-up."
