A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 10 Pickersgill Court, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR5 2AQ, which was presented to Sunderland County Court on 16 February, 2018 by the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND, PO Box 100, Civic Centre, Burdon Road, Sunderland SR2 7DN claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Newcastle County Court at The Law Courts, Quayside, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE1 3LA on Tuesday, 8 May, 2018 at 3:45 pm, or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard by the Court.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition, (whether to support, or oppose the Petition), must give notice of the intention to do so to the Petitioner, or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4.00pm on 4 May, 2018.
