NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at 18 The Bridge Business Centre, Beresford Way, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S41 9FG on 16 July 2018 at 10:15 a.m., for the purposes of:

Seek agreement from creditors of the appointment of the Joint Liquidators;

Invite creditors to appoint a creditors' committee and if no committee appointed;

To consider a resolution fixing the basis of the Joint Liquidators remuneration;

Authorising payment of Category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance to firms policy;

The attendees of the virtual meeting may also receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 18 The Bridge Business Centre, Beresford Way, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S41 9FG by 4:00p.m. on 13 July 2018.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
