This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 4pm on 14 April 2025.

2. That Grace Jones (acting as Joint Liquidator) of Parker Andrews Limited be authorised to draw additional fees of ÂŁ52,790 plus VAT, fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firms at the time when the work is performed.

3. That the basis of the remuneration of Quantuma Advisory Limited be fixed by reference to the time properly given by Michael Kiely (acting as Joint Liquidator) and his staff in attending to matters as set out in the fees estimate, and such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Quantuma Advisory Limited at the time when the work is performed (plus VAT) totalling ÂŁ60,016.50.

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
