At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 15 January 2021 the following Resolution was duly passed, as a Special Resolution:

THAT the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators be hereby authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) to exercise the powers laid down in schedule 4, part I of the Act.
