"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY and Richard Brewer (IP No. 9038) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 9th Floor, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
