"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt (IP No. 8877) of Cirrus Professional Services Limited, Unit E, Wyvern Court, Stanier Way, Wyvern Business Park, Derby, Derbyshire, DE21 6BF be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company.”
