At a general meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held virtually on 09 November 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, (IP number 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At a subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 9 November 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA as Liquidator of the Company.
