"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gordon Smythe Goldie (IP No. 5799) and Andrew David Haslam (IP No. 9551) both of Tait Walker LLP, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and are to act jointly and severally."
