At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the committee members of the above named, duly convened and held at 4-6 Otley Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8AH on 12 February 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed, No. 1 as a special resolution, Nos 2 & 3 as ordinary resolutions:-

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily

2. That John Paul Sugden and Rob Sadler of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited, Devonshire House, 32-34 North Parade, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD1 3HZ be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

3. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done may be done by any one or more persons holding the office of joint liquidator from time to time.
