Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 5 March 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) and Duncan Beat (IP No. 8161) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Watling, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
