At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Handcross Road, Plummers Plain, Horsham RH13 6NX on 24 June 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special Resolution and 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, and Andrew Watling , of Quantuma Advisory Ltd, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton SO14 2AQ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately".
